I'll be smoking some venison hams.

I want to kill some of my deer. I was lamenting not having much freezer space .... I think accidentally turned two off ...... Now I have lots of freezer space .....

..... I refrooze it and will throw away soon. I will try to see what is lost. Buffalo. Crocodile. Venison. Roo. Prepared meals ..... On the plus side can replace with fresher! Got to look on the bright side .....

I don't have smoker. Will have to look at making something or buying. I do have a large two door stone full sized smokehouse from the 1800s! Take a lot of work to get it functioning again. But should do it one-day. Must take some photos to share.
