Update on my Hollis, the lock was repaired, springs reshaped and tempered, lock plate internals polished, works a treat. I reproofed the barrel with my usual service charge of 120 grains of FFg with greased felt wad, and tight patch with a .71 diameter ball. I then fired about 5 or 6 shots off the shoulder. Still need to pull the breach plug and give the bore a light lap as there is a bit of hard scale in the bar that needs removing. Will do a range report in due course
