I am now back in SA living with my widowed mother, still fifo to WA for the next couple of years. A mate is going to machine up a lapping rod, I will pull the breechplug on my rifle and give the bore a good lap, but not too much at the muzzle. Will post when I eventually do it with a range report. Managed to find a flask with a 3 2/1 dram nozzle !
