Rough prices in AUD:

A decent action ~ $500
Barrel ~$700
Sights / barrel band ~$400
Stock ~$2000
Swaro scope ~ $1200
Hexalock mounts ~ $600 - if you can find them
Trigger? ~ $200

Then add smith work - that quickly adds up.

And be prepared to wait a couple of years.
