Wow wow wow! Louis, what a great study of the M 1905. Thanks very much for posting. I think you are right the 9 mm M-S does seem more rarer and lesser seen. If less were made initially no doubt a strong reason for the rarity. And when the 9.5 mm was made, perhaps less reason to own a 9 mm. A 6.5 mm or 8 mm and then a 9.5 mm. A lovely rifle, and I have no doubt you put it to use. Should make a grand boar rifle. |
