I was given a Y1903/14 Greek Mannlicher, it was a WW II vet bring back from Italy. Vet said it came sporterized, when he picked it up. It has a WJ Jeffery Queen Victoria Street London barrel. Cal 6.5 Nitro Proved,sighted and shot by WJ Jeffery.Stock is the cut down military with nice tiger striped walnut with the Greek markings.It has a barrel band sling eye , hooded front sight and one standing w/ two folding rear sight leaves. Carries nice, shoots ok,the action smooth as butter. Only thing I did was have the knobed bolt handle changed to the butterknife commercial type. Would like to find the old Lyman 36 peep sight that goes on the bolt release.
