The russian people love Heym weapons since decades.
Sine 80 years agao they have an strong relationship to german gun-makers.
They order their weapons with (in option to mutch) bling-bling, because this is part of their culture.
Like an bespoken gun, they can have it in the way they want it (or they can pay it, but this is no problem more in Russia).
