Stutzens first deer find. Arvo walk with the new Blaser K95 7x65R. Picked up and set up with swaro 3x9 in the shop. Sighted in and out for a hunt.
Nothing at first location but very early so moved a few km's. hadn't gone far and spotted a yearling at 70m on a face, low whistle and hand gesture to stop Stutzen and sit...
Tree across her chest and ,honked . She started running and easy raking shot. About 40m and watched her go over.
Took Stutzen over and straight onto the trail, easy find and required another shot. Stoked a couple of firsts.
