Yeah - tks - they do sort of look "perchy" - lol.

If anything like our Canadian fresh water perch, they are excellent filleted (steaks I guess), dusted with cajun powder and fried in butter - oh man - my mouth is watering now! Oh BOB- what a meal - like candy for supper or lunch, or lunch AND supper. Really difficult to stop eating them.
