I REALLY do not like the looks of this one at all. It looks at least a barrel width too tall. The area and profile of the chambers look out of place in contrast with the action and the bulky forestock/ large chunk of wood. I also do not like the transition from the side plates to the wrist. It has that Ford Taurus non descript curvature that does so well in a wind tunnel. I was intrigued by the rising bite mechanism. This one can be expensive and rare (I am sure it is both) but does nothing for me. What was Rigby thinking? Cheers, Matt |
