Is carrying a double like this acceptable?
The only miss fire I have on DVD is a case where she fired the first barrel and the PH told her to put another into him (Bersang) before the shock wears off and that was the one that didn't fire.
Cindy opened the gun, looked at the round, re chambered it and this time it fired.
I'm not familar with the Krieghoff system and this is Strickly guess work~~ but if she started to reload after the first shot and opened the gun enough to de-cock it then the second barrel wouldn't fire when she tried the quick second. Isn't that the way it works?
Again, just guess work. She only has the one double that I have seen so she should know the gun and has taken it up against all types of DG in really rough country where mistakes can be costly. Dave
