I know the variance of bullet diameters and weights and general velocities. I know the 400/360 No2 is the .400 Jeffery necked down.

My question is in regards to the Westley, Purdey, Evans, Fraser and what ever other versions exist. Are they based on the .400 Purdey necked down or another parent case? Novel case?
