Regarding the .600 NE used in the Jurassic Park movie--The Lost World.

Yesterday I spoke with Ron Collings, Butch's engraver. I spoke with him regarding the elaborate bulino game scene and English scroll engraving he is putting on my dad's .577. In the course of the conversation I asked him if he engraved The Lost World .600 NE. He told me that yes, he was the one who did it. He further elaborated on it saying that Speilberg wanted the rifle "to represent a rifle from the 1920s", so Ron was asked to cut the animals on the action with "lines" instead of the Bulino (banknote or dot engraving) that is popular today.

I told him that for my own curiosity I would love to see a picture of what he did and he said that he thinks he has one laying around. If he finds it, he'll send it to me. I'll post it here.
