Looks to me to have extremely thick walls on barrels, so I cannot help but wonder if this is a .22 conversion from some original caliber or gauge gun. Additionally, gun is of quite an old style double; not likely originally .22 caliber. Difficult to assess, but an examination of the gun itself, would quickly determine a thing or two about this particular gun and its chambering.
