New Merkel ejector vs Old Merkel with extractor

I have been looking at the new Merkel with ejectors in 500 or 470. I love the fact that it now has ejectors but am concerned 1) that the ejector design is new and 2) they have mono blocked the barrel. Should I be concerned with those two things?
