There are a few stories of some of his African hunts in Mellon's African Hunter. I'll have to dig through the storage boxes to find that one, though.

He seemed to be such an accomplished hunter, yet I don't think I've ever seen a tale of his hunts in any magazine or other publication, besides a few books. Such a hunter as he was, would seem more appropriate to see as much about him as Elgin Gates (which is dang sparse enough) or C.J. McElroy.
