An interesting report that certainly involves more than the title implies, but along those lines a commonet:

To be sure, Tanzanian conditions are vastly different in many ways than are conditions here in Idaho, but one very-concerning {to me} principle seems to wind its way through both, and that is the ability of Big Government or foreign interests to impose possibly unpopular wildlife management plans on local populations.
