Nice set up Paatti.

I'll be buying some 110 conibears for next year too. What I did to catch this mink was note where it liked to cross over the top of my driveway and dug a snow tunnel. Once I saw it was using the tunnel I set the trap. It is a 1 1/2 coil spring and is good for fox, mink, fisher, etc.

I walked past the trap not 10 minutes when the mink stepped on it. They seem very active during the day, I caught it just after high noon.

They are a pest to my chickens so I trap as many as I can. I have traps down at the neighbors' as she has one in her barn. It has killed most of her rabbits and chickens already.

Global warming? Not around here. Second record snowfall winter in a row. Only 8 more weeks of it! I don't know how many I'll need, I figure at least four, maybe five.
