Try getting some 'Pearl Drops' teeth polisher. It is highly abrasive. Put it on the bolt and raceways and work the bolt a few hundred times. This will polish it right up and remove any edges that are grabbing.

Don't use it on your teeth though.

Also don't forget to clean your action and the bolt well when done. Warm water works best.
