Slugger slugs in a rifled barrel?

I was looking at a box of Remington Sluggers and it said something like engineered for performance in fully rifled barrels. I've always used sabot slugs in a fully rifled barrel, but for the price difference(2.50/box vs $10/box) I was wondering whether it was worth trying these-may or may not use shotgun for deer this year, but whatever I use, I don't want to spend $2 per shot if I don't have to, especially for practice.
