Ruger No.1 from 458 to 450 3.25 NE

I have been trying to follow the posts concerning conversion (rechambering) the Ruger No.1 in 458 Win to 450 3.25 Nitro Express. Having measured both cases and my 450 NE reamer it appears that rechambering will work fine. My question is does the breech block need to be altered for the 450's rim to clear on ejection? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
