Stumbled over this.

W.R. 12 gauge action

Don't know how well it would work, but maybe some of the boards tinkerers could make use of it. Says its a complete action, stock, forend, forend iron, just no barrels. $250. I assume it is in New Zealand dollars.

500 is a nice round number, either followed by "Nitro Express" or by "cubic inch displacement".
