Valmet 412 opinions please.

I've got a hankering for one of these after handling one recently in 30-06/12 gauge - seemed to be a very handy combo for Africa (or anywhere else). I did a search and people seem to admire them but there was more talk about caliber than practical hunting experience. I also found out these come in 9.3X74R which would be fun. Is anyone using one of these in any caliber and how do you like it? Thanks!
