Question about a Drilling

Forgive me, Ive posted this on a couple of other sites; but I need info quick. A local shop has a KETTNER drilling on consignment. Its 16 x 16 over 9.3x72R its in great shape. Its marked is Krupp Steel. It has claw bases but no scope or rings.

The price is $1500. is that fair?
