Mauser Double Set Trigger Adjustment.
      29/10/25 09:05 AM

I sent my Mauser .308 to the gunsmith to have some mounts fitted and it came back reblued. Looks like there was a bit of a slip while fitting the mounts. Now the trigger for some reason, when not set, is ridiculously heavy. Not sure whether he has played wit it at all. I am sure this has been discussed somewhere but I couldn't find it, so does anyone have any advice before I dive in and try an lighten it up at all? There is an image below, the front "trigger" holds the horn trigger guard on and typically faces the other way.
