Baikal double rifles-how are they?

I see the Baikal doubles are not too expensive, mostly O/U's but a SxS model in the works. Not too many calibre choices but are they good rifles? Regulated well etc? The biggest calibre I found they had listed is the 9.3x74R I think. That seems like it would be a good cartridge for Canada. Any thoughts?
