Hull trimmers are quite available as-are roll crimping dies for use with electric drill or a drill press.
My Ponsness Warren 12 bore press loads 2 1/2" just fine, with Black Powder, shot and wads. I use a roll crimper die with my drill press for crimping them.

I load my own round ball and conical 12 bore 2 1/2" rifle loads the same way. Lee loader then roll crimper.
