This is what happens when the animals lose "value". Photo tourists do not spend enough to support the economies of the burgeoning resident populations. Hunting on the other hand, as we know, does put a lot of money in plus we feed the people and that way the animals benefit over all. Game is a renewable resource like any crop. Shame these silly governments cannot see that.
