I liked my .375 on a South African plains game hunt, and later took it to Zimbabwe for plains game and Cape Buffalo.
The only thing lacking was I didn't have a suitable longer range load for it. Which I intended to develop before I go again with it. Some South African hunting can be at longer ranges and this is where it may prove a problem. However it with a .270 grain does have a similar trajectory to a .30-06 and for 95% of shooting it should do the goods. I only had a 300 gr RN loaded for it.
