BTW in India, people worships any insect, worm, animal or bird that exists, so no doubt, the tiger is revered even when it eats your daughter or grandfather ...

The Sunderbahns are mostly or entirely in Bangladesh though which is mostly Muslim, but who knows ....

People are everywhere, and encroach into tiger territory and provide an easier source of meat than the usual prey animals, so why would tigers not make use of them for food?
