It is often indicative of liver disease (the beak as is) or like a velvet antler that has been damaged that grows out to an oddball job.
LLS you are right and if the fuggin spotlighters dont shoot him he will be even better next year. My Swedish cob would like to see him in winter for sure but with Sambar that may be the only shot one will ever get of him.
