The whole procedure can become very tricky.

First follow the hints given to clean/degrease the entire assembly.

.A coin between the Striker nut and and the bolt shroud can be very helpful to unscrew the striker assembly from the bolt.
Remove the bolt shroud (exactly as done on a normal Mauser)
When you strip the spring from the striker you will see on the upper and right side of the striker a slot milled in the striker where the safety engages when rotating the lever forward.

Polish that part thoroughly . Now test the function of the reassembled parts again.

If that doesn´t help you must do the next step which demands knowledge of the geometry and play of the rotating safety and the engagement in the striker slot.

Dismounting the bolt shroud works as follows:
There is a small hole in the plunger behind the safety lever. Use a wire or fitting nail to put in the hole and retract the spring tensioned plunger backwards.
Rotate the safety lever in an inbetween position and then can you press the safety cylinder rom the left side out of the shroud.
Study the function of the parts very well (marking the slot in the striker with Dykem blue makes life easier.)
Very often there is a very small amount of metal to be removed from the starting radius in the slot
(Using a rounded riffle file).

Wrong radius or angle and/or too much and the function is ruined.

So if you have little or no experience at all, I highly recommend to use the knowledge of a really competent smith.
