As a former collector of genuine Oberndorf made Mauser rifle I always went passed all the other nice "Mausers" just because it didn´t say "Waffenfabrik Am Necker.Oberndorf".
Looking back now there was a few guns I should bought, because the were very nicely made guns like the one I just got a hold of.
I can tell this Kettner Mauser is a true pre-war(before 1914) made on a true Mauseraction by a good known gunsmith. As for me, this gun too represent a part of the Mauser story.
