Where is the 465 H&H Belt. Mag?

As we are here discussing big bores I think it is pretty sad that 465 H&H developed in 2003 never catch on. Looking at the cartridge design and dimensions http://www.cip-bobp.org/homologation/uploads/tdcc/tab-iii/tabiiical-de-page38.pdf
I have the feeling that in power it can easily surpass the 458 Lott and is on pair with 450 Rigby but with the pronounced tapered case which makes the feeding easier. I think W. Romey did a good job for H&H but it seems no one cares about it.
Are there any hunters who have ever seen a rifle chambered so?
