Hello Foster,

it is mandatory in Germany to have an qualified forwarder for weapons transfer,
the forwarder "OVERNITE" is one of the main player for this task:

and then select the icon named "Waffenversand"

In case you need some advice or more information on your intended shipment there is a company who gives advice about the shipment, this is the "Luginger company" which cooperates also with "overnite".

Both companies claim to deal worldwide, so even NZ should be included...:-)

I have very good experience with my local forwarder who is part of the "overnite" forwarder system.
I can recommend "overnite", but please do not expect cheap prices.
