Ok, it was just a plains game hunt and the accommodations 4 star (crucial if you take your wife), but I planned on romancing this safari for all it was worth.
First and formost, fair chase on foot with a double rifle. This led to lots of walking and not much shooting, but the kills were well earned.
Then there is the after-glow. There is no comparison to relaxing back at the lodge overlooking the African continent reminiscing with a Bombay Sapphire gin pretending to be a English Gentleman, if only for a couple of weeks.
