3X gives a veiwing range suitable for hunting any game the cgt. is suitable for. Not sure just what you are asking for. I'm not familiar with the Shilba scope. Never heard of one before.
M3200's in 3-9 and 5-15 I know and like very much for my varmint rifles and 9.3's.
