The charging buff is a cart with a rope, Shooter shoots the stationary target, then steps out into the open to reload and 2 seconds later another guy pulls the rope and starts running. I also have a bear target for our north-american hunting shoots.

The elephants are 6' square mounted in standard NRA/CMP high power (that would be "Fullbore" to you guys) rifle target carriers. I sent several shooters to the pits and several on the line and the guys in the pits run the targets up and down and move the tusks around at random so you never know what's going to come up where.

miniature targets came from safari press, full size ones from a can of spray paint.
