As for canadian gunsmiths you can try ralf martini in cranbrook he is very good. Probably won't get you in on budget mind you. Pricey but good. Also call the guys in dawson creek at corelanes. They just did the iron sight work on my .375 h&h. Price was great and work very good. Please post some pics of your project as is comes to life as you have sparked an interest in a similar build.
