I hunted Cape Buffalo in August of 2008, with Dries Alberts as my PH, while my friend hunted Elephant with Vaughan as his PH. My friend shot a 60 pound bull the last day of his hunt. I shot my Buffalo the 1st day of the hunt.
This is primarily a big game area, with little in the way of plains game except Zebra, Impala, Blue Wildebeest and Grey Duiker. Red Lechwe are there, but not on quota as of yet. There may be some Waterbuck on quota.
