Without your own equipment, gunsmithing can run expensive. You can get barrels from many different barrel makers although it might be more difficult to find the twist you want.
Try Ed Rayle or Bob Hoyt and tell them what you're planning. Personally, I'd go with about a 75" to 85" twist and shallow, about .005" deep rifling for round ball.
