Opinions-Searcy vs. Wm. Douglas& Sons

I'm a new user but have been reading the various threads on this forum for many months. I've read many opinions, mostly favorable, regarding the Searcy. I've seen nothing on the Wm. Douglas double. The reason I ask is that I am in the market for a good "working" double and these two seem to fit the bill. Just like to hear some opinions, pros as well as cons.
