My new Blaser R93
      14/03/09 10:19 PM

I finally picked up my new R93 Professional last weekend, I only got to have a play with it on the range last Monday to zero the 308win barrel and then gave it a test run spotlighting on Tuesday night, as expected it performed flawlessly

I will be zeroing the 270wby barrel and taking it out for a week to test it out fully on a few Bucks next week so I should have a better appreciation of it then and hopefully something to mount on the wall.

But here are a few pic's

The system,
Top, 9.3X62 barrel I'm going to be using this open sighted as my Buff set up, but I'm thinking about upgrading the open sights.
Middle, 308win barrel with a 2-7X36 Kahles scope, this will be used with factory rounds for high volume shooting I.e Goats and Pigs at moderate ranges.
Bottom, Professional stock with 270wby barrel fitted and topped with a 3.5-10X42 Swarovski scope, this will be my Deer stalking/ trophy hunting outfit.

The whole package nice and secure in a Pelican double shotgun case

100m group with some old handloads from the 308win barrel.

One shot is all you need.
