At the cost of these rifles, I'd be willing to bet they are aligned with lazers and brazed, just as the muzzleloading barrels are. Regualted with lazers to a set pattern, is regulation of a sort, therefore, their add's are not lies. To regulate as in the old British method of shooting, separating re-soldering and re-testing, they'd have to be soldered, so changes could be made. Brazing eliminates this possibility.

Running a sharp instrument along an under rib to see if it's soldered or brazed (silver colour or brass colour) should answer the original question about regulating.

Regulation of the 'load' used by the shooter can cause big changes in point of impact, and therefore, what is poorly regulated for one load, might be perfect for another. Both windage and elevation changes are normal. Sometimes powder changes- amount or actual #, sometimes bullet changes in weight or type, seating depths and even different primers can change point of impact due to intensity and speed of ignition.
