Gentlemen,

from RWS I only use the Twin Core (Doppelkern) bullet in .308 Win, 8x57IS, 8x64S and the 9,3x57, and 9,3x64 (here only with a reduced load).
The Doppelkern bullets are in all my calibers/rifles very precise (sometimes on par with match bullets!) and tend to stop the game pretty fast, even on heart/lung shots without striking bones.
But I consider them as "soft" bullets (therefore the immediate effect on small/medium game), but they tend to shed the front core quickly.
=> for heavy game as for the african or australian species of buffaloes you should prefer A-Frames, TSXes or the Woodleigh PP for "soft point" bullets...

If you are nevertheless interested in RWS bullets, and accustomed to 1 Euro per bullet + shipping, then send me a PM with your order list...
I think that the german bullet manufacturers designed bullets for our game, where red stag and boar generally weigh between 50-200 kg.

best regards & Waidmannsheil!
Rolf
