Gentlemen

Both members "dnovo" and "deathby600" are welcome to join back in at the forums. "deathby..." previously asked to have his account closed but he is welcome back as well if he requests it.

I have received a reply from Cabelas, and it states the collection was not supplied by "deathby600", though they have dealt with him in the past.

As for the collection itself, they said, some had been sold, some returned, others not returned, some firearms were still for sale.

Also they informed me they had adjusted some of their advertising as a result of the education they got from reading the thread.

Some points I want to make on this subject and especially posting on NitroExpress.com

1. Disagreement is appropriate in opinions and reasonable people can agree.
2. Liking all posters is not a requirement of joining in on the forums, but giving respect to the forums in posting is a requirement.
3. NitroExpress.com is for information and entertainment. It is not a place to air personal grievances. Even more so NE.com is not a court of law to try people's actions done elsewhere in the world and having little connection to NE itself.
4. We recently had a very unproductive and personal argument regarding some rifles listed for sale on another website. NitroExpress.com does not have ANY connection to that issue. If we wanted to divorce ourselves from it, both members would be history here as they are the only connection. However either or both may re-join but I strongly suggest they ignore each other in the future.

Thanks to our moderator team for help in this manner and also for the wording above from one moderator. However no. 4 was different in particular, the "re-joining" part of it was very different.

I hope this ends the matter on NitroExpress.com regarding this dispute.

People should be aware in future personal disputes (ie any not this one in particular) the edit and delete function will be used much more quickly. Suspension will also be used to "sin-bin" people to cool off for a period of time.

The Membership Guidelines and Rules in the announcements forum are clearly available for members to read if necessary.
