For a double rifle that will see the use it was intended for, length can be easily and cheaply added with a wood extension. Done well, you'll have to look twice to notice it.

Drop at comb and heel are the more critical measurements. Tough to add wood to the comb or heel, but it can be done.

Cast can be bent in if it isn't too far out for the prospective owner (but not with extended top straps), 1/4" isn't ussually a problem according to those that do the work for me. I've never had a problem with 1/4" bend or less anyway.
