I was almost postive the meat wouldn't go to waste. I just wanted to know for sure. I like the fact that locals and tribes get the meat or it's sold...a good way to bring money into their economy. I'm the type of person who likes to make sure as little of an animal is wasted. We butcher our own big game animals (Moose and Deer) because we enjoy it and because we make sure we get every bit of meat on the animal as possible.

Has anyone tried the meat of any African Big Game animal (Elephant, Lion, Rhino etc)? If so, was it any good?
