RWS "FINISHING SHOT" Ammo???

Anybody have any experience with this .308 ammo?

Looks like merely a thin-skinned HP designed to blow up fast. RWS intends it for dog handlers.

It is, apparently, loaded in .308 only and they do not make the bullet type in any other caliber either.
