These devices have long interested me, but I have never seen one or known anybody who ever owned one. Have any of you owned them? How is the quality of sound of the less-expensive models? Are the digital mechanisms superior?
My interest is based on my continuing hearing loss to gunfire. I now wear earplugs when hunting, but find the attenuation of sound less than desirable.
